UNIFORMS :

SUPERVISORS : Sri Sai Security Services SUPERVISORS are required to wear BLACK uniform pants, white or blue uniform shirts with patches, a badge, and a tie.
GUARD : If a GUARD is at a reception desk, we often suggest a blazer for a softer, more professional look.
OFFICERS : Our OFFICERS also have Flashlights, Rain Gear, Winter Gear, etc. as necessary.

DRUG TESTING :

During our orientation process, we drug-test all officers before they are hired. We also randomly test all of our officers throughout the year. Sri Sai Security Services performs random background checks for current employees ensuring they do not have any criminal convictions after being hired.

Each of our officers is then thoroughly trained on the procedures they will be following at their specific account. After this initial training, a follow up training is done the next time the officer is scheduled at the account. Each officer is frequently tested on how to handle various situations that might arise at their facility. We also provide and mandate periodic workshops for our management, supervisors and guards to attend, to help further their education in the industry.
